Who we are
SkipQueue is a food festival ordering platform. We collect personal information to process orders and notify customers when their food is ready.
What we collect and why
When you place an order we collect your email address. You may also optionally provide your phone number — it is stored securely but is not currently used for automated messaging.

Who we share your information with
To provide the service we disclose personal information to the following third parties:
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts (processed locally in Australia via Stripe's Australian subsidiary)
- Resend (United States) — transactional email delivery; your email address is passed to Resend solely to dispatch order and pickup notifications
How long we keep your data
Order records including your contact details are retained for 90 days after the associated event closes, after which your email address and phone number (if provided) are permanently deleted. Push notification tokens are deleted when your order is completed.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you, and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@skipqueue.com.au.
Security
We store personal information in Supabase (hosted on AWS), protected by row-level security and encrypted at rest and in transit.
